LEADERSHIP LEGEND 2025

Our next Leadership Legend will be honored at the Community Leadership Celebration on May 9, 2025 at The Westin Lake Mary. The Leadership Legend award recognizes individuals who have made a positive impact on Seminole County.  In order to be chosen, an individual must be able to demonstrate solid character traits, leadership, and vision in making Seminole County a better place to live, work, and raise a family.  This is a person whose proven and envied list of accomplishments would inspire future and current leaders.  Candidates are reviewed and a recipient is chosen by an ad-hoc committee under the guidance of Leadership Seminole.

2024 - Sheriff Dennis Lemma, Seminole County
2023 - Ms. Donna Walsh,  FL Department of Health Officer in Seminole County
2022 - Mr. David Mealor, University of Central Florida, City of Lake Mary
2021 - Rev. Paul Hoyer, Holy Cross Lake Mary
2019 - Ms. Wendy Brandon, Central Florida Regional Hospital
2018 - Mr. Randy Berridge, Florida High Tech Corridor Council
2017 - Congressman John Mica
2016 - Mr. Larry Dale, President/CEO, Sanford International Airport
